If we offered you a direct path to management, would you take it?  At Chevy Chase Bank, this can be a reality with our Retail Management Associate and Retail Leadership Associate training programs.

The Retail Management Associate (RMA) Program will prepare you to assume a leadership role in our retail banking network – the largest in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. You will learn fundamental management and banking skills, professional sales techniques, coaching skills, product knowledge and much more.  Classroom training is enhanced by practical, on-the-job training throughout the program to help you make the most of the experience.

Successful completion of the RMA program will help you qualify for a leadership role as an Assistant Manager or Team Leader within one of our three retail delivery channels: Traditional Branch Network, Supermarket Branch Network or Customer Contact Center.

Exemplary performers in the RMA program may also have the opportunity to apply for the Retail Leadership Associate (RLA) Program. Upon completion, RLAs are eligible to apply for Branch Manager and Team Manager roles within the three retail delivery channels.

Do you have what it takes?
To succeed, you should be a quick learner with an interest in management and sales; strong leadership abilities; and some experience in retail sales, banking or a call center setting. We also look for goal-oriented effective communicators with great motivation and a winning personality. A four-year degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.  Both programs require the ability to travel between Chevy Chase Bank corporate offices and branch locations.
